ABOUT THE WALK/RUN
Join us on Saturday, October 15, 2022, for the Second Global Hope 365 Walk/Run to End Child Marriage and Human Trafficking.

Main Event and Trail
The event will begin at the open field by the Trabuco Center in the beautiful city of Irvine. After remarks by the founder and president, survivors, elected officials, law enforcement, and collaborating organizations, participants will begin their walk/run along Jeffrey Open Space Trail and finish by 11:30 a.m.
We encourage you to wear your company/ organization/ school T-Shirts.
Live Music is donated by the Hawaiian Hearts Band.
After the walk/run, guests are invited to join us for some snacks and refreshments and listen to our exciting panel speakers.

The Global Hope 365 Walk/Run to End Child Marriage and Human Trafficking was established to raise awareness about the prevalence of Human Trafficking and Child Marriage in the U.S. Global Hope 365 is committed to ending child marriage and preventing Human Trafficking.
Child Marriage is still legal in 43 states including California. According to Pew Research Center, California has a Child Marriage rate above the national average.
Of every 1,000 15-17-year-olds, 5.5 are married in the state of California, while the US average is 4.6.
